Very Disappointed

This could have been so much better. The information is there but the videos are not easy to understand. The problem lies with the fact that the narration does not match the visuals, the result is that the tutorials are hard to follow. Whilst the narrator talks about a subject, the onscreen cursor is pointing at something else, or completely out of sync.

The next problem is that the music examples cannot be heard, e.g., when the in house plugins are being used we don’t get to hear what they sound like individually.

When we get to the pre amps, amps and cabs the video shows that we could go deeper than the “EZ mode”, but there is no explanation on what all the controls actually do. One thing is clear, it’s not just an EQ as there are other symbols in the GUI.

To be fair the last two videos were slightly better, with more cohesion.

Considering that there is a no refund policy, I find the whole thing unacceptable.
