Streamworks Audio Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Streamworks Audio. We provide downloadable digital tutorials for audio and music production. Due to the nature of our products, please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases of digital downloads from Streamworks Audio are non-refundable and non-returnable. Once a download has started or the product has been accessed, the sale is considered final. This policy is in place because digital files cannot be returned, and refunds after access may lead to unauthorized use or distribution.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that genuinely prevents you from accessing or using your purchased product, please contact us at support@streamworksaudio.com within seven (7) days of your purchase. We will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. If we are unable to do so after reasonable efforts, a refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Duplicate Purchases or Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same product or encountered a billing error, please contact us at support@streamworksaudio.com within seven (7) days. We will verify the transaction and, if applicable, issue a full refund or store credit.
EU Customers and Digital Content
In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers residing in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from purchases of digital content within 14 days. However, this right does not apply if the download or access has already begun with their express consent.
By purchasing and accessing digital content from Streamworks Audio, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Delivery of the product begins immediately after purchase.
- You waive your right to withdraw from the purchase once the download has started.
This policy aligns with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
