Meet Walt, an experienced musician and audio engineer with a passion for instruction. Growing up surrounded by music and the recording arts, he immersed himself in the world of sound. His journey began as a jazz pianist, and he honed his skills while working as a sound technician at live venues in Milwaukee and Chicago during his college years. Additionally, Walter served as an engineer at various recording studios and radio stations, amassing engineering credits on numerous Albums and CDs.

Driven by his love for teaching, Walt embarked on a new career path in aviation. He became an instructor and check-airman, sharing his knowledge and expertise in everything from single-engine trainers to multi-engine jets. With a knack for instruction, he has guided aspiring pilots on their journey to success.

Walt and his wife co-founded Combined Minds Media, LLC, operating from their home studio in the Midwest. Together, they focus on creating instructional media tailored to the music and production industries. Their passion for empowering others through education shines through in their work.
